12"x24" Ceramic Tiles, very affordable at $5 per tile makes an upgrade doable. The customer also wanted to replace the 2 knobs to a single. I did all the plumbing.

Water roof leak damaged half the sub-flooring of this office. I replaced the insulation ,sub-flooring installed new baseboards, installed the carpet and painted.

I was asked to restore this 100 year old fountain.
They choose the colors and my approach was a venetian patina Italian style.
